Business Development Manager Job Role:

Attention all business development professionals! Are you skilled at driving new business in various sectors and are looking for a new challenge? Our company is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential customers through market research, networking, and other methods.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Understanding the needs of customers and crafting solutions that meet those needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals with new customers.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and developments, and incorporating that knowledge into the sales process.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role, with a track record of closing deals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required for this role.
