A letter from our Core

A letter to those who have been a part of our journey,

2022 was certainly a whirlwind. With increasing cyber security threats and COVID-19 still having a hold on many sectors and organisations, we have still managed to push forward and innovate within the cybersecurity space.

We created Core to Cloud with a mission to provide bespoke solutions with an unbiased approach that puts you first, and during 2022 we have proved that repeatedly. In 2015 myself and Mark Liddle sat down for a drink after the IT sellers meeting and decided we wanted to make huge changes within our sector. From this conversation the wheels were set in motion for us to start to build Core to Cloud.

Did you notice that we moved into our new HQ at The Castle? A beautiful space that is hidden away within the Cotswold that has great connections with the local natural areas but also the IT hubs located nearby. This move was a huge pivot for us, creating even more opportunities to bring together like-minded individuals within the cybersecurity sector to make a unified difference.

Our rapid growth within the past 12 months has seen us work with some of the world's leading security vendors such as Cylera, Vectra and Pentera. Our own internal team has doubled year on year and our team now sits at over 20. This growth has been fueled by our increase in sales over the past year, and 2023 has even more exciting growth opportunities.

When we sit and consider the impact we bring to our clients it is a real positive when we consider whom we are protecting from the ever-emerging cyber security threats that we face daily. Core to Cloud protects over 50 NHS Trusts and we also are the only UK supplier of Cylera cyber security solutions which is a dedicated technology built entirely to safeguard healthcare IoT.

In recognition of our growth and our innovation in 2022, we also won some wonderful wards that really highlighted our impact. Two of those are the SPARKies best cyber company award and SoGlos Business Awards where we won growth business of the year! We were also shortlisted for the cyber security company of the year by the Global tech awards and two categories within the British Small Business Awards.

Our success has allowed us to make even more connections, grow our networks and support more and more organisations to fortify their cybersecurity solutions with us.

2023 is set to be a year of growth and innovation at Core to Cloud, and I invite you on this journey with us.
