AN EXCITING awards ceremony took place on Friday to recognise the great work of independent businesses across Cirencester.

Cirencester Chamber of Commerce held their annual business awards presentation at Ingleside House, situated in Beeches Road, Cirencester, on Friday, July 7.

The awards ceremony were sponsored by Gloucestershire-based cybersecurity specialist Core-to-Cloud with additional event sponsorship from Cirencester Sales & Lettings and Redkite Solicitors.

Guests enjoyed a summer barbecue and dessert table in a marquee in the Ingleside House garden.
