Marketing Executive Job Purpose:

Supports our CMO in delivering campaigns for our Corporate Customers and Prospects. Supports marketing activity from digital campaigns, events, print and all touch points of the Core to Cloud Brand

  • Support CMO with Brand & Growth
  • Support CMO to achieve Marketing Deliverables and Objectives
  • Project Management of CRM and Marketing platforms
  • Sending targeted campaigns to specific individuals based on lead scoring
  • Ensuring all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Project managing all campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives
  • Working closely with the rest of the team on campaigns
  • A/B Testing campaigns to trial new ideas for effectiveness
  • Reporting campaign results and explaining variances
  • Support of management of all outsourced team members
  • Overseeing the development of content across all our channels to support our marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness and generate bookings.
  • Supporting marketing assistant with the creation of in-house content including printed materials, blogs, social media, website landing pages, video, podcasts and newsletters.
  • Developing tactics to grow the subscriber base and develop the customer journeys for all our marketing communications.
  • Assisting the customer experience
  • Overseeing the development and running of our ROI tracking reports to ensure marketing activity is performing.
  • Execution and management of all events (virtual or in person)

Requirements

University Degree in Business or a related field 1 – 2 years in a marketing role.

A self-starter with a proven track record in delivering strategy-led, impactful campaigns using multiple channels (direct marketing, media relations, digital content, events management) that support business growth

A proactive decision-maker able to effectively analyse marketing data and create and deliver plans based on insights to support the organisational goals

Experience managing and using social media platforms, CRM and CMS tools

This is a ‘hands on’ role that will require someone who welcomes the opportunity to put ideas into action and deliver outstanding results.

Marketing Executive Qualities

  • Self-motivated with an enthusiastic approach
  • Passion for marketing, digital, social, viral, physical (all things marketing)
  • Potential Interests: Creative writing, Graphic Designs, Videography, Photography
  • Strong attention to detail, with an ability to spot trends and errors.
  • A proactive and ambitious mindset, with a desire to ‘muck-in’!
  • Thinking outside the box and looking at marketing trends.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Knowledge of all Social Media platforms. Particularly LinkedIn and Twitter

  • Confident using MS Office applications (PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, Email Marketing Automation and Social Media Scheduling Tools
  • Hubspot user, preferred but not essential

The Finer Details

  • Basic Salary of £27,000 – £32,000 per annum
  • 30 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
  • Full-time Position, starting Jul/August/ 22
